Post Senior Dinner Report

The Seniors' Dinner, organized by the Charismatic Social Integration of Canada (CSIOC) on June 18, 2023, was an impressive event that brought together seniors from the community for an evening of celebration and connection.

The event was honored by the presence of distinguished guests, including Rt. Rev. Alexandar John Malik, the Bishop Emeritus of the Church of Pakistan, and Senator Salma Attaullahjan, a seasoned parliamentarian with a notable track record. Canadian Minister for Seniors MP Kamal sent her very impressive message for seniors. A fundraiser campaign was started for a very high profile refugee who has took refuge in Malaysia and now promised by ORAT to be sponsored under PSR program.

Letter of Appreciation Addressed to CSIOC

Albert Dean

Sir,

The recent dinner organised for seniors by CSIOC at the La Venzo event centre was an event of the highest calibre.  I attended the programme which highly impressed me.  As a result I here want to convey my observations concerning the programme.

On June 18th a dinner and social programme was held in Vaughan, Ontario, for the benifit of seniors.  The function which was organised by the "Charismatic Social Intergration of Canada (CSIOC) " was absolutely thrilling, delightful and fabulous from start to finish.

The Chief guest of honour for the programme was the "Right Reverend Bishop Alexander John Malik" from Pakistan.  The Bishop delivered an excellent speech emphasizing lasting and tangible values in life.  It was encouraging to hear the Bishop stress that folks should focus their minds on searching for the true meaning and purpose of life, as all humans are built in the image of God.

Another important guest was Senator Salma Ataullahjan who delivered an eloquent address which was well appreciated by all in attendance.

For the benefit and enjoyment of seniors, Quiz games were played.  The Vice-Chairman of CSIOC Mr. Mumtaz Shah demonstrated breathing exercises which come under the subject of mindfulness, and which if daily practiced are extensively valuble for one's health and well being.

Tasty and delicious appetizers were served at the event, followed by the most delicious and sumptuous dinner..

Lastly a brilliant music programme was presented which was greatly enjoyed and appreciated by all.

The chairman Mr. Tanvir Joseph and all executive members of CSIOC, deserve maximum credit and appreciation for organizing such an impeccable programme.

Best of regards,

Abida Hassan

My very dear members of CSIOC for Seniors. I am so happy and feel so lucky to belong to such a wonderful society of the Seniors.

I never thought I would meet such warm hearted and genuine friendly people from my own homeland.

I am totally over awed by

all the members of CSIOC but specially by

my beautiful young friend Zeba whom I met Two to three years before our Society came into being. And later I met Tanveer and their children. I have to confess that I am totally

impressed by their warm heartedness

and their spirit of generosity and friendship.

The SCIOC dinner they hosted last week at Levanzo was fit enough to entertain the King of England. It was truly magnificent. And the party was lively, full of laughter and fun. On behalf of all the members, I thank the host and hostess for the wonderful

evening which we will cherish in our hearts.

And thank you to all the members who helped to make the party such an amazing success.
